I'm with Glenn over at Instapundit - Alex Kozinski should be the next Supreme Court choice. He has a judicial temperament that would unite the Right while likely deflecting an all out Senate war the way that the equally superlative Janice Rogers Brown would.
He's the son of Holocaust survivors who fled communism, so he brings a great perspective concerning the abuses of government power and the importance of the rule of law.
He's also got a great sense of humor and knows how to write opinions that are both entertaining and clear.
Kozinski 2005...the time is now.
(And I ain't just saying that because he let me cheat for him in poker....)
