Justin notes below that a blogger has been sued over comments. The news is filtering aroung the blogosphere. Longtime readers will remember that Infotel threatened suit twice and tried a backdoor petition in Montreal because of comments on this post. I think Seobook has a winnable position but he's got to stand firm. If only I could practice in PA.

When I asked for more information or specifics Max D. Spilka told me it was too volumous to state.
To which even I, a mere layperson, would have retorted, "Then good luck presenting a case in court, where you will in fact have to state what you tell me is too voluminous to state. If you were genuinely interested in resolving this out of court you would give me specifics rather than rhetoric. When you have specifics, contact me again. Until then, go play in traffic."
