Despite being voted off the island (For the record, I don't mind, Justin would be a lot more fun, after all, I don't even like swearing and think porn is dangerous), I thought I would let everyone know an interesting discovery I recently made. I live about 40 miles away from the nearest broadcast tower (TV). However, I really didn't have too much of an interest in purchasing digital cable for over $50/month to get HDTV broadcasts....So, I figured I'd take the risk and purchase an Indoor UHF directional antenna (What risk? You could return it!-ed. True...), and guess what from 40 miles away...I get near perfect reception...As in, all the major channels come in perfectly clear HDTV broadcasts. I just don't get UPN...Which is okay, I never did get into Enterprise, but this is certainly a much better deal than $55/month (pre-tax) digital cable. I know, now I'm against Swearing, porn, and don't get cable...Yikes I'm old-fashioned and only 23! ...Oh well).
