I am now a proud member of the Selective Service Board. Appointed by a designee of President Bush, on the recommendtion of Governor Davis. I was hoping for the President's signature on the cool certificate.
With luck, I'll be in training forever. Everyone hopes that the volunteer army will be all we ever need.
